RULES

ID Tags must be worn by delegates at all times throughout the Leo Forum after registration. Any delegates without their ID Tag will receive an initial warning and be requested to put on the ID Tag immediately. Thereafter, a fine of RM50 and disciplinary action will be taken and no correspondence will be entertained

Delegates without ID Tags WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to participate in any events at the Leo Forum.

Replacement of new ID Tag is RM50 upon verification.

Strict disciplinary actions will be taken against those who violate the following:

• Anyone found playing truant at any of the LEO FORUM events. Delegates who failed to turn up for any events will be excused only upon medical reasons verified by a doctor.
• Anyone violating house rules, fighting, gambling, smoking, committing vice, consuming/possessing alcoholic drinks and causing any form of disturbances to the flow of the entire Leo Forum.
• Lights out at 12.30am (latest) and anyone loitering at the lobby area, found in other rooms, rooms of the opposite sex especially.
• Anyone leaving the premises for personal activities without the consent from the F.O.C.
• Visitors (parents of delegates only) must register at the Secretariat Room prior to entering the Leo Forum Venue(s). Outsiders or non-registered Leos are prohibited from entering the Leo Forum venue.
• Delegates must observe the Dress Code for all Leo Forum event(s).
• PUNCTUALITY must be observed for all Leo Forum events.

Hotel Rules and Regulations

• No outside call(s) allowed making through hotel room’s phone.
• Any room service charges will be borne by the delegate(s) of the respective room themselves.
• All delegates must observe the cleanliness of the rooms.
• Hotel properties are not allowed to be taken out unless for purchased items.
• The delegate(s) concerned will be responsible for any cost of repair or replacement of damaged hotel properties.

• Kindly co-operate with all Security personnel and Sergeant-at-Arms at the various checkpoints.

Events

• Please do not leave any event venue without any permission.
• Please take good care of your own belongings, forum organizing committee will not be responsible for any lost item(s).
• No Liquor or alcohol drink / food are allowed.
