• The early bird registration fee is RM 300.00 through March 15, 2012.
• From March 16 through April 15, 2012 the regular registration fee is RM 330.00.

There will be 3 different prices for Lions who wishes to participate the 39TH Multiple District 308 Leo Forum 2012.

• Option 1: RM 250.00 (Fees include Forum Kit, 2 Breakfasts, 3 Lunches & 2 Dinners, hotel will be arranged by their own)
• Option 2: RM 50.00 (Covers only the dinner for Fellowship Night)
• Option 3: RM 80.00 (Covers only the dinner for Banquet Night)
